We're ready for Christmas!!

Whether you want to face it or not, Christmas is a lot closer than you think!! We have got some nights that have already sold out and many not far behind!! But DONT PANIC - we are here to help and will make the booking process as simple as possible for you!

The team have been doing a lot of Christmas decoration shopping and are really excited to make Bistro Live look the best its ever looked!!

We have the biggest and most varied menu yet, which is all freshly prepared on the night, along with some fantastic entertainment.

Come and join us at Bistro Live this year and we will make sure you celebrate in style and have the best Christmas party, that everyone will still be raving about in January!

‘WE ONLY WENT AND WON THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD’!

Yes that’s right, we were over the moon to receive the Best Customer Service Award in front of 1500 UK Business Owners at the ICC in Birmingham last month.
The occasion was the National Entrepreneurs Convention and Best Customer Service was the most popular category. With so many amazing businesses there, we really didn’t expect to win!

Fred, Mark and I were a bit giddy after winning and wanted to let you know how proud we are of our Party Planners, chefs, management teams and front of house staff.
They're the ones who actually make sure you get the BEST customer service, and they deserve all the credit!
We will be thanking them properly with a huge Staff Party in October (watch out for the censored photos!)

It’s been a top year for us so far with 89.1% of our customers rating their experience with us as Outstanding or Excellent.

We are aiming to get 100% by the time our Christmas Parties start on 21st November. We’re really excited and can’t wait for the ‘crazy’ season to start (even though that means we have no personal life until January!)

It's been another exciting week at Bistro Live! Christmas sales really are buzzing now that Summer is over, another big group of 52 people booked this morning & that means another night is fully booked! A lot of nights are so limited now, so if you have a date please get in touch as soon as possible to avoid disappointment!
