‘WE ONLY WENT AND WON THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD’!
Yes that’s right, we were over the moon to receive the Best Customer Service Award in front of 1500 UK Business Owners at the ICC in Birmingham last month.
The occasion was the National Entrepreneurs Convention and Best Customer Service was the most popular category. With so many amazing businesses there, we really didn’t expect to win!

- Winning the Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence (that puts us in the top 10% of all the Business’ on Trip Advisor)
- The eagerness of our staff to WOW our customers (even the awkward ones ;-)

Fred, Mark and I were a bit giddy after winning and wanted to let you know how proud we are of our Party Planners, chefs, management teams and front of house staff.
They're the ones who actually make sure you get the BEST customer service, and they deserve all the credit!
We will be thanking them properly with a huge Staff Party in October (watch out for the censored photos!)

It’s been a top year for us so far with 89.1% of our customers rating their experience with us as Outstanding or Excellent.
We are aiming to get 100% by the time our Christmas Parties start on 21st November. We’re really excited and can’t wait for the ‘crazy’ season to start (even though that means we have no personal life until January!)
